INTERNSHIP AND PLACEMENT CELL

Vydehi Institute of Law, Bengaluru has constituted the Internship and Placement Cell which pays special attention to enhance the personality development of the students, right from the first year to make them acquire quality legal skill and abilities.

OBJECTIVES OF IPCC:
  • To enable the students to gain practical experience in real life scenarios.
  • To assist the students to develop professional skills and etiquettes.
  • To increase the awareness of students about a multitude of options in legal careers.
  • To provide an understanding of the working of the legal system.
  • To enhance the knowledge of the students that improves their participation in their classes.
  • To assist the students to be placed at the institute of repute.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF IPCC:
  • Providing orientation to the students regarding the importance of internship
  •  Providing training and workshops on building their resume and facing interviews.
  •  Notifying the internship opportunities available in various legal departments and ministries on noticeboard with the approval of higher authority.
  • Providing opportunity to the interested students for internship in their area of interest
  • Entering into MOUs with corporate houses, law firms, banking sectors etc for placements and internship.

TENURE OF THE COMMITTEE :

The tenure of the Committee shall be for one academic year, post which, it shall be freshly constituted.
