Vydehi Institute of Law, Bengaluru has constituted the student centric – Mediation Cell as per the following objectives

OBJECTIVES OF COMMITTEE:

• To promote the use of mediation as a dispute resolution tool
• To enhance the quality and effectiveness of mediation practice, both domestically and internationally.
• To work along with the Legal Services Clinic to fulfill the objectives

COMPOSITION OF THE COMMITTEE:

Convenor – Prof. Ayesha Rao
Member – Dr. Sahana

TENURE OF THE COMMITTEE:

The tenure of the Committee shall be for one academic year, post which, it shall be freshly constituted.
